While the fundamentals of product management remain the same—such as identifying market needs, defining user personas, and iterating through prototyping—AI tools accelerate these steps dramatically. Below is a list of recommended tools for users who have minimal coding experience:
- Google Gemini Deep and ChatGPT 4.5 for product market and requirements research, personas and user needs.
- Loveable seems to have solid designs for simple webpages and apps that don't require complex workflows or data.
- Base44 is the best for non-technical folk getting started who want to create a simple app.
- v0.dev for programming more complex apps and hosting on Vercel.
- Cursor is the go to for engineers
- I've heard good things about Claude Code and Replit, and Bolt
Note that if your app is going to hold sensitive user data, then please consult with an engineer. It is unclear what level of IT security is in place for these AI built tools. An experienced professional software engineer can ensure that your application has implemented IT security best practices.
